About this activity
Hungry cartoon animals sit with their mouths open. The child gives each one a snack, by dragging it or tapping the animal, while the voice counts, and learns that the last number said tells how many.
What students learn
- Give one snack to each animal in a group of up to 5, saying the count with each one.
- Know that the last number said tells how many are in the group.
- Stop when everyone is fed, even when the plate holds extra snacks.
